Got it through Steam, played it for a while to finish the storyline. It's fun, has a lot of carma related stuff, but physics aren't good enough.
Gotta enjoy the ped crushing through the different spikes/grinders on the cars, so just for that it's worth a try if you haven't.

Yeah under 10k sounds reasonable for today's standards, considering detachables and all... I think it'll be a good idea to keep all the cars under the same limit so they'll have a more "uniform" look, otherwise we might end up with a 20k car right next to a 5k one :P
