Halo, it affects the in-game texts, for example: "Opponent status: pissing her pants" (not *his* pants).
(or whatever texts there really are, I don't remember precisely)

Once this gets done to perfection, I'll definitely be pestering Halogaland to convert it to Re-Volt :) This is good stuff! (However long it will take, the end result will be worth it.)

Certain people are doing it with Re-Volt (as that game and its code is basically abandoned by its creators, besides they're using a self-ported XBox version), and the resuts are good. It's way more realistic than a reposition button :P Actually, _most_ of Carmageddon is a wacky type of realism. Wacky, but not "magic" (some powerups and on-the-go repairs excluded).

There was some big frontloader thingy someone made, and its door action was to lower the front scoop with some force. The whole vehicle shaked from that. Maybe with more force it could be tweaked to jump / flip? I know I have been using the regular Carma2 cars' bonnet opening as a way to flip myself...

You know, some of the vehicles in the Re-Volt Carmageddon Conversion Packs actually pull a wheelie in certain conditions (hint: flip the car over an obstacle, hold the throttle until max, let the car flip back onto wheels :))

As far as I understand, for the TDR2000, SCi made cars in 3DS Max and then converted them. And of course they never thought of making the reverse... Has someone found a way to get the TDR2000 cars back into 3ds models? There are people wanting to convert them to other games, but how to do it?

Heh, as far as I know there is no such thing as too many cars in C2.
