Re: TDR2000: Rage-o-Rama! Full Mod Pack

Sounds incredible :), looking forward to your update! I might have to resort to running a virtual system of XP as I simply cant get any, ANY "compatibility" mode to work to stop the wobbly wheels or other issues with volume sliders so...no bother, will look into it perhaps.

Re: Tosh's releases for TDR 2000..!

Got it, thanks! This works well.

What format do the audio files need to be saved in to not crash the game? Also, weirdly, some of them have changed sound completely haha. I only lowered the volume of them so seems really odd. Maybe they need to be saved into a specific .wav format or compression.

Re: Tosh's releases for TDR 2000..!

1) AUDIO VOLUME. Yikes...it wasn't always this bad is this just a modern OS issue? Essentially...the volume sliders do not work in game. I've found when you run TDR in compatibility mode for Windows XP Service Pack 2, the volume sliders work and also the opponent wheels stop wobbling around. If thi...

TDR issues (audio volume, setup window)

Topic split apart from here . Good to see you :), amazing work I see especially from Mastro, yeah that's something else haha. As your here, if this ok to ask here or in a discord I have some technical questions I need help with if possible for TDR? I got the R0R mod working fine, somehow on w10 pro...

Gotcha...makes way more sense haha. I've noticed something a bit odd, just entered chapter 8 and holy crap...suddenly I'm seeing ALL tier 4s and tier 5 vehicles? Not "stealable", but, I'm getting PLOW, BIG DUMP etc in classic carma/other modes...and well, ACDC etc basically a lot of big st...

Re: STShotgun's C:MD Overhaul v0.9.8 / v0.9.9 WIP [20/08/2023]

Oh dear...sorry sir I am confused. What are we meaning when we say "respawn" then? I actually can't remember how it was in vanilla lol so I read that as "when you are wasted, it's game over". So what does respawning mean here then? Apologies I'm clearing missunderstanding! On you...

Re: STShotgun's C:MD Overhaul v0.9.8 / v0.9.9 WIP [20/08/2023]

No idea! Final thing for now: "Changes to respawning: You no longer respawn in Classic Carma." Does this mean for career mode? As in Classic Carma races I can respawn/repair when wasted. I actually kinda would like to see a tweak to mean it is game over when you get wasted! Masochist that ...

Limit removers everywhere especially on the desert map would be ace, or at least...stretching them waaaaaaaaaaaaay out, wanna have more fun with the train haha. Yes sky box reset remover, good idea! Ah, that easy eh? Brilliant. TBF the games vibe is so different to 2 and TDR so, it will go a ways th...

Re: STShotgun's C:MD Overhaul v0.9.8 / v0.9.9 WIP [20/08/2023]

That would be cool, very much so, if it would ever be possible that would be awesome. I think even things like bigger maps...no "out of bounds" resets on maps and other stuff would go a ways to making the game even more fun. I'd actually like opponent aggression to increase, such if I keep...

Just realised it would make more sense to ask here! This looks awesome but there are no download links here? The Google one I found is currently down. Please tell me the mod hasn't stopped development, as I'm in awe that such content has been able to be made for this game, as well as poking around a...

Thanks for your insight! Cheers dude, glad you're enjoying it! 1 It should be fine to run it with fps that high, in my experience the game was fine even with a higher cap at 240 fps. If you want to set a lower fps cap then you can do so in config.lua (where it'll say 'limiter = 125') that's in the root C:MD ...
